#Sender Reputation
Sender reputation is the trust score that mailbox providers keep for a sending domain and IP address. It is built from signals such as spam complaints, bounce rates, spam trap hits, authentication and how recipients engage with the mail. A good reputation takes weeks of consistent sending to build and can be damaged quickly by one bad campaign. Reputation follows the domain more and more, so shared infrastructure does not fully protect a careless sender.
