#Email Deliverability
Email deliverability is the ability of a message to reach the recipient’s inbox instead of the spam folder or being rejected outright. It depends on technical setup, sender reputation and the way recipients react to the mail they get. Mailbox providers such as Gmail and Outlook decide where each message lands using authentication results, complaint rates and sending history. Good deliverability matters for newsletters, but even more for invoices, password resets and replies to customers. The articles under this tag explain the causes of poor inbox placement and the practical steps that fix them.
